In September 1992, Mr. Ahmed Luthfi, the founder & CEO of Miyavaali Group of Companies started as an importer of fiberglass raw materials & marine equipments, and related products into Maldives and since then we have expanded to 8 shops spread across Male' and Gdh. Thinadhoo and established a 65,000 sqf production facilty in Thilafushi.

‘Samugaa’ was our first outlet opened in 1993, followed by 'Fiber Shop' in 1994. After which we opened ‘Hungaanu’ & 'Chinatown' in 2001, along with our production facility 'Guarantee Fiberglass Fabrication' set-up in Thilafushi the same year.

To meet with increasing demand & the need for convenience of location 'Smart HOME' was opened in 2013 selling a similar product range as 'Chinatown'. Soon afterwards 'Fiber Kits' was opened in 2014, due to high demand for an affordable range of Fiberglass Raw Materials.

2017 marks the year for massive undertakings & expansions, with Lalizas Maldives being established as an independent Franchise of Lalizas Hellas of Europe. Further to that, our production facility in Thilafushi, Guarantee Fiberglass Fabrication is now equipped with an 80-Ton Travel Lift from Italy and are looking forward to serving their clients with an exceptional 24 hrs service option.

Today, we are proud to be the sole representatives of numerous products from the United States, Europe and across the Far East. From JC Composites, Taiwan E-Glass, Lalizas Marine Equipments to SHCP Resins & Gelcoats and more.
